Midwest was recognized by the American Medical Technologists for 2011 and 2012 for its contribution to the Healthcare Community by promoting student interest in the Medical Assistant certification and professional advancement through professional organizational membership. This recognition is awarded for having graduates from the Medical Assisting program achieve a 95% or higher pass rate on the National Certification Exam for Registered Medical Assistants (RMA).
