The safety of our students and employees is a priority. As new information becomes available about the outbreak and its potential impact, communication will be sent via email to staff and students.
Midwest Institute Emergency Preparedness Plan COVID-19
Update May 27, 2020
On May 18, 2020, St. Louis County lifted some restrictions within the stay at home order. This has allowed Midwest Institute to begin scheduling labs for small groups of students within each program. Depending on your program, restrictions may still prevent beginning lab participation at this time. You will be informed by the instructor in your individual program of those details. We cannot have full classes back at this time therefore, we will continue the remote classroom delivery for lecture. You will be working with your instructor to schedule and participate in labs and practice competencies.
All COVID-19 and social distancing policies will be strictly enforced. We do not have a date to return to campus for lecture at this time.
We will continue to monitor the developments of COVID-19 and update you with any changes. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we begin phasing students and staff back on campus. The safety of our students and staff continues to be our top priority.
